Warhammer Online: Patch 1.1 expectations

By Mr. Eleven Something.

I just posted this topic today in our Warhammer Online guild, Celestial Order. Let's see what the guys think in the next few days.

"What are you guys expecting out out patch 1.1
?
And if patch 1.1 is a disappointment or a failure, do you think it would break the game and make people leave?? Dun dun dun!! (dramatic music)"

Warhammer Online: Game Imbalance

By Mr. Eleven Something.

BRIGHT WIZARD
OK. If anyone plays Destruction side, they know what I'm talking about. This is one BIG HUGE oversight from Mythic. The Bright Wizard Class from order is overpowerful thus making the class imbalance from the rest. Scenarios are not fun anymore at any tier with Bright Wizard running loose. People are leaving Warhammer Online because of this frustration in playing the game.

RANGE IS SUPERIOR VS MELEE
1. Another thing I notice in WAR is that Order Range trumps Melee anytime in the game. This is beause the range have everything to repell a melee but melee doesnt have anything to counter this. Even if they do, the skill given is so limited its almost pointless to counter the many knockbacks and snare.

2. Mythic wants to be different in giving super long range attacks for RDPS. And before any melee could possible reach a RDPS to attack, they are long dead or almost dead. Remember once melee finally made it through the ranks to reach an RDPS, they always have knockbacks.

Bottom Line: Warhammer classes are CRITICALLY imbalance at this moment. Bright wizard is especially overpowered. People are starting to leave the game out of pure frustration.

Lag is Killing Warhammer Online Players

By Mr. Eleven Something.

Warhammer Online is built upon the foundation of Realm vs Realm (RVR) which basically means massive PvP. Having said that, any form of lag is a big NONO. And Warhammer Online has plenty of em' to go around twice around the globe. Sometimes the lag ease up (say 3am in the morning) but most times, its crippling the world of Warhammer Online. Lag is okay if your game is like WoW (World of Warcraft) which is more skewed on PvE (Player vs. Enviroment). But for a game like Warhammer Online, it can eventually break the game.

Coming first hand from a WAR player myself, I have to say that there's a fine line between challenging gameplay and pure frustration gameplay. One makes the player work harder to excel in the game, and the other just breaks them.

People of Mythic and Warhammer Online, please FIX THIS PROBLEM! WARHAMMER ONLINE IS LAGGING LIKE HELL!

Warhammer Online: Open Beta (short) Review

By Mr. Eleven Something.

I'm hoping to keep this short yah! I will be getting my Warhammer Online Collectors Edition on Sept 18th! (YAY!) but I've been playing Open Beta since a week ago. All I can say is the game feels great and that i cant wait to play the real thing. It took me awhile to get used to the world and settings but after that it was all good. The only complain i would put here is that the ASIAN servers are surprisingly laggy as compared to the US server. I'm in Asia BTW so thats why I think it's weird.

As for characters, I think they are pretty well balanced.I'm going to be playing the Witch Elf and Marauder when the game officially opens. Graphics could use abit of improvement though. I have to compare it with Guild Wars as I think their graphics are amazing. But don't get me wrong,WAR's current graphic is hot too.

Overall I love love love this game and I hope WAR would be a BIG SUCCESS for the developers as I know they had put in ALOT into this game.

Cheers!

Hellboy 2: The Golden Army

By Mr. Eleven Something.

I think the movie is good. I give it a 7.5 over 10. I find the characters very rich in...um... character? If you don't already know, I find the Angel of death most fascinating and CREEPY! A female angel with androgynous characteristic. I tell you if she appear in my room in the middle of the night, sure terberak atas katil! ahahahaha!!

Anyways for a summer flick, I find the movie very satisfying. Very unlike x-men where the whole film feels....kosong somewhat.

Terbangun!

By Mr. Eleven Something.

The horror!! It was about 3.30am today that I was woken up by my cousin's private sexcapade conversation with his girlfriend. I tried to ignore it. I tried to fall back asleep but tak boleh ye. So there I was wide awake, unwillingly absorbing their lust fest. I wanted to say something but I'm afraid it would embarass him.

Aiya! I can be 'open-minded' but this just blew the door right out of its hinges man... very grafik ye! ahahahahah! I think I should make it a habit to shout "I"M AWAKE! I"M AWAKE!" everytime i bangun from sleep even when there's nobody around. Just to be on the safe side :P

So let it be known to anyone who reads this that I can be a light sleeper. Please do not let me be an unwilling 3rd party.

Thank you.

Devil May Cry 4

By Mr. Eleven Something.

I bought this game out of impulse last weekend. So far, it looks like a good hack & slash game. As usual to the DMC franchise, the graphic looks awesome. I can't believe my old computer can take this game on the highest setting. Looks like I made the right investment on the high end graphic card. The controls are abit rigid and I feel it would be better if I use gamepad rather than the keyboard.

New Jeans!

By Mr. Eleven Something.

I bought myself a new jeans yesterday at Quicksilver!! WOOHOO! I'm been thinking to get a new jeans for the longest time now.

And the best thing is, I found out that I AM MANNEQUIN SIZE!! (I think that's good cause they mold it after an 'ideal' size). That jeans was actually the last piece of size 32 which they had to take off from the actual mannequin. I cant believe it fits very well. how awesome is that. Even the length is perfect.

Ps: Credits also goes out to Li San, my fashion consultant for the day. She actually picked out the jeans -which happens to be the most expensive of the lot thank-you-very-much. Habis burn RM400 :P

Euromonitor International: 25 Global Consumer Trends 2008

By Mr. Eleven Something.

Have been reading up on the Euromonitor International: 25 Global Consumer Trends 2008. It’s a VERY loooooooog read but I’ll summarize it you’re your easy reading (I hope).

Basically the mood for 2007 and 2008 is really different - like day and night. A year ago there was a more positive mood. Those people who warning of dark days to come economically were regarded as doomsayers. But now 2008, it is somewhere between anxious and gloomy! People now are worried of high inflation and recession. It hasn’t really come to depression-era or anything like that but one thing for certain is that people are uncertain of what the future may hold. And uncertainty is bad for business especially in the new interconnected world which is hugely dependant on confidence. Dun dun dun!!!

With dark clouds, there’s always a silver lining. It’s no acceptation in this case. With doubt and instability (in some sectors. Too long to get into that right now), the people want change. Locally, we are seeing the biggest lost for Barisan National and the rise of opposition party. In the US, Barack Obama’s talk of change appears to be resonating well with many American voters. In China, the Beijing Olympics is anticipated to draw the world’s attention to China and there’s debate as to weather it will lead to more or less freedom for the people of the country. On top of that, “New technology” is becoming normal and access to the internet is growing. People are putting their thought and opinions online and User Generated Content are becoming more and more popular.

OK! On with the 25 Global Trends….

HEALTH & WELLBEING

Expanding Waistline
Despite widespread advice on eating less and rising awareness on healthy living, people of the world are getting FATTER.

Paying for health
Consumers are spending more and more on health. Medical care, pharmaceutical products, insurance, hospital bills, etc.

Hearts & Minds
As the world’s population is ageing, many are looking into supplements to promote their health. Especially products for the heart and mind. Ginko Biloba, Glucosamine, Fish Oil, Garlic, Vitamins, etc

Health Inequalities
The gap between life expectancy of rich and poor is growing wide as the gap between rich and poor are getting wider within nations.

Gut Feeling (Probiotic & Prebiotic)
Probiotic & Prebiotics are becoming more popular as healthy ingredients within foods. USA, Japan and Italy are the biggest contributor to the world value sales. Trend could possibly grow in other countries.

IDENTITY, SELF-EXPRESSION & HAPPINESS

Happiness
Economies with a large population tend to be less happy. (China, Japan, India).

Pirated Goods
Many people are happy to pay for fake goods without asking questions. Affecting the entertainment industry mostly where music and movies are concern.

Return of rarity and Rise of Simplicity
As luxury brands look for mass appeal, many are also looking for exclusivity. People are looking to be different to impress. Manufacturers are now turning to “Limited Editions” , “Customizables” and “Exclusivity” to market their products/brands.

As for simplicity; status always require rarity, and with “luxury” being ubiquitous, sometimes less is more and simplicity is a signifier of luxury.

Rise of connoisseurship
Specializing in a category is a rising global trend. The rise of the internet has facilitated the rise of connoisseurship. For example, online booksellers and music sellers makes it easier to find rare editions.

Rise of middle class? Or the consumer class?
“Middle class” people are growing could also mean the rise of spending power. Consumers who spends more now are seen as the “norm” as household incomes had grown with both men and women working.

BELONGING

Social Networking
The nature of communication has been taken to another level where people are reconnecting with lost friends, collage mates and other social groups. Facebook may be the flavor of the month but social networking is here to stay.

New business models for networks
Consumer appeal of social networking has been strong which are also attracting advertisers. A balance must be struck to keep it non-invasive yet money making. Myspace’s advertising revenue was USD805 million while facebook a mere USD305 million.

Online Etiquettes
New online etiquettes are forming with the rise of the internet and social networking. Privacy, courtesy and ethics are all new and developing rapidly.

DIY
“Made for me” overlaps with the move towards greater luxury. Those seeking to find discernment are looking to buy original. For some there is also the added advantage of being able to specify how the goods are made.

Brands are identity.
When people have to create their own identity, brands become symbols that help them to navigate the world and find others whom they share values and dreams.

TECHNOLOGY

Identity anxiety
Concerns about identity theft are increasing. Travelling on-line leaves footprint, now as visible as anything left in the real world. Identity fraud is rising and so people are more guarded on this matter.

My mobile my home
For many young people, their mobile is their home. Music, videos, movies, clips, contacts, calendar, reminders and games are all on their phones and that makes it very important to them.

The new MTV – Mobile TV
The interaction between on line-and off-line is blurring. Manufacturers and broadcasters are catering and contributing more to this new media. While TV is not dying off as predicted, mobile TV is definitely picking up.

Life’s a Game
Online life/gaming is growing especially for the youth market. People are spending more and more time is virtual world compared to the real one.

Magical Technology
Technology is moving at great speed. Things that seem like sci-fi are now becoming possible. The new becomes old fast so developers will always need to be on their toes.

WORK, REST & PLAY

Wealthier but not better off
The increase in overall economy wellbeing are not being translated directly into consumer income.

Home & The Basics
In developed markets, most home owners have mortgage but vice versa in less developed markets. However trends are showing upcomers like China & India are slowly changing towards home owners with mortgage.

Food or Fun
Americans have spent more money on eating out and especially foodservice rather than on buying food for home consumptions. This could be a following trend especially if the world is heading towards ‘convenience’ and ‘too busy to buy food’ people.

Unemployment
Unemployment, and the fear of unemployment, is the largest driver of changes in spending behavior. This might affect all market sectors.

Fast Money
Fast money is looking to be strong trend globally. More people are opting for Credit cards, ATM cards, Debit Cards, Smart Cards as compared to before. This could incur more spending unconsciously since people do not feel the money going out.

Divas & Dramas

By Mr. Eleven Something.

Photobucket

Yesterday was abit of a stressful day for some of my colleagues. As usual, timelines are tight and work still needs to get done so drama happens. I understand that the creatives can get bogged down with a lot of things, but that's no excuse for being RUDE. It’s fine if you argue back on work and give your opinions but there is no need to be Divas and throw tantrums. It just reflect how poorly some people are brought up – IMHO lah.

Review : No Limits Play @ KLCC

By Mr. Eleven Something.

I went to the No Limits play last weekend with Nabihan. I haven't been to alot of plays but I really enjoy this one. I must say that the sci-fi concept is abit out-of-this-world but the values and morals from the storyline is pretty solid. The songs are really catchy too with a mix of originals and classic pop songs. Performance wise, I think it was done well with some chacters standing out and stealing the spotlight light away from the main actors. The one thing I like most is the fact that it has a very Malaysian feel to it. But there are some of the chinese jokes which I didn't get (cause I dont understand the language. DUH!) which in turn makes me feel annoyed. But overall, I LIKE!!!

I went for entertaintment and entertained I was. - I give it a 7.5 / 10

Review: Dining @ Banquet, Bangsar Village II

By Mr. Eleven Something.

Upfront, here’s the breakdown.

Food: 7.5 / 10
Ambiance: 8 / 10
Service: 6.5 / 10

OVERALL: 6.5 / 10

We went for dinner at the banquet on Friday, 4th July 2008 for my birthday. The last time I went there was with a friend and it was only to try their chocolate cake dessert. So I guess this would be a good time to have a full course meal and celebrate together with my immediate family.

Food

Ok. I must say first and foremost that the food here is good. Not great but well enough to be good. The portion was also alright. However the WAITING we had to do for the food to arrive is absolutely ridiculous. It is just not worth the food at all. We had to wait about 40 minutes for the main course to arrive. And after waiting more than 45 minutes for a simple crepes to arrive, we were forced to cancel it because it was absolute rubbish to wait that long for a simple crepes (which we had ordered and asked to be served together with the main course instead of dessert). However, the manager was nice enough to give us complementary a cake of our choice in substitute for the crepes. Fair is fair.

The delays; it made no sense at all because it was a Friday night and the place wasn’t packed. I mean it wasn’t completely empty either, but judging it was a Friday night and first week of the month I’m sure they would foresee that people would come out for dining since they just got their pay.

Ambiance

Beautiful. Simple yet tastefully done.

Service

The waiters were very attentive and diligent in checking up for our food. It is not their fault at all that the food arrived late; but service is not just the waiters, but also to what goes on behind closed doors (The kitchen). I honestly do not know what they are doing in there, but the delays are unacceptable whatever the reason may be.

Conclusion

Would I come here again sometime soon? NO. Not soon but maybe sometime in the future I would give it a second go. In all fairness they DO have good food and possibly the ridiculous waiting for food is just a one off thing. Here’s hoping that this is a case of right place, wrong time.

A Game of Thrones

By Mr. Eleven Something.

I am currently devouring A Game of Thrones by George R. R. Martin at the moment! It took me awhile to get into the storyline but once it hits...IT HITS!!!! I am so hooked to this book, you can see me carrying it everywhere in and out of office. I can't give a review or rating just yet as I need to finish it first. But so far it looks like a damn good book to me.

A Game of Thrones is the first of seven planned novels in A Song of Ice and Fire, an epic fantasy series by American author George R. R. Martin. It was first published on 6 August 1996. The novel was nominated for the 1998 Nebula Award and the 1997 World Fantasy Award, and won the 1997 Locus Award. The novella Blood of the Dragon, comprising the Daenerys Targaryen chapters from the novel, won the 1997 Hugo Award for Best Novella.

All of the novels in the series use a system whereby each chapter concentrates on one character in a third person limited point of view. Correspondingly, each chapter bears the name of the current POV character (ex. "Bran," "Catelyn," "Daenerys") with the story flipping back and forth between the main characters.

Ps: Thanks Li San for the recomendation and Amanda for the book!

Diablo 3: Character Suggestion

By Mr. Eleven Something.

Currently there are 2 confirmed character for Diablo 3. Barbarian and Witch Doctor. And 3 more will be named at a later date. Most likely it will be a spell caster, rogue and priest class. No surprise there really. Yes Blizzard, here's an evil eye to you!

For myself i'd love to see a
SHAPESHIFTER CLASS! No, not like the stupid druids or ware animal nonsense. I'm talking about pure Shapeshifting here guys. A character who can temporarily turn into a demon / monster / elemental / spirit / dragon / etc. Now that would be something really interesting and new to see. The character would have to go through a journey and do quest in order to obtain these forms. Ofcouse there are a limited number of forms he/she can shift into but the idea is there.

The Other class I would love to play just cause it looks hot & cool at the same is the
Succubus! Maybe somewhere in the storyline after D2, a succubus had fallen from hell's grace and align herself with the forces of heaven! hahaha! my imagination is going crazy now! She can be your typical sorceress with hell powers for all I care but the thought of playing a Succubus is INCREDIBLY SEXY!

Michael Turner Passes Away at 37

By Mr. Eleven Something.

I just found this out today. This is very sad news indeed. Michael is my favorite comic book artist since I first saw his masterpieces when I was 15. That was over ten years ago and his art has always been an inspiration to me. My heart and condolences goes out to his family and loved ones. Here's to a great artist now in loving memory.

"We here at Comic Book Resources are very sad to report that artist Michael Turner has died after a long battle with cancer. He was 37. Aspen Comics’ Vince Hernandez told CBR News Saturday morning that Turner passed away Friday night at 10:42 Pacific Time at Santa Monica Hospital in Calfiornia. The news spread quickly at Wizard World Chicago, during what would have otherwise been a riotous night at the hotel bar, the mood suddenly turned somber with remembrances of Turner from friends and acquaintances. A minute of silence will be observed during Wizard World Chicago Saturday afternoon."

DIABLO 3 IS OFFICIAL!

By Mr. Eleven Something.

DIABLO 3 is official. I've died and gone to heaven!

AND THE HEAVENS SHALL TREMBLE

Two decades have passed since the demonic denizens, Diablo, Mephisto, and Baal, wandered the world of Sanctuary in a vicious rampage to shackle humanity into unholy slavery. Yet for those who battled the Prime Evils directly, the memory fades slowly and the wounds of the soul still burn.

When Deckard Cain returns to the ruins of Tristram's Cathedral seeking clues to new stirrings of evil, a comet from the heavens strikes the very ground where Diablo once entered the world. The comet carries a dark omen in its fiery being and it calls the heroes of Sanctuary to defend the mortal world against the rising powers of the Burning Hells – and even the failing luminaries of the High Heavens itself.

Shallow Waters Run Loudly

By Mr. Eleven Something.

OK. I have to admit that I haven't been reading the newspaper in a long while since I get all my news online anyways. But the other day I was reading The Star newspaper - Star Two pullout specifically; And I was quite surprise by the amount of beauty ads and articles in that pullout. I mean, there's other stuff on charity work and gadgets but you cant help notice the amount of these beauty stuff like slimming, fat buster creams, vitamins for the skin, wrinkle treatment, etc. I guess what the editors choose to put into the papers is a reflection of the type of society we live in today. So I must say this...SEE! I'm not the only shallow/superficial person in Malaysia! I feel better now.

Fragile Balance

By Mr. Eleven Something.

Things are going OKAY for now at work. Compared to handling telco previously, this is a nice change. Not because I have more time on my hands but for the fact that each job actually require us to take a step back and THINK! Our current clients are very particular about the strategic direction, planning and the big idea before any actual work can be done. If they think the strategy is shaky, then we'll have to rethink it until we get it right. Which I think is good cause I get to learn and develop more critical and analytical thinking. We still get rush job every now and then but not on a weekly basis like before. phewh!

Having said that, I think its a fragile balance right now cause of the 'other' acct which I'm suppose to be helping out temporarily is getting more and more.....Hectic. I haven't been doing any actual execution work but I have been attending some of their meetings. YA ALLAH!!!! One meeting can go on for 5 HOURS! And they will keep changing and changing everything on the visual or/and script. I cant blame them also cause the clients side have many levels of approvals and on top of that, they are not familiar with the whole advertising process. So, I have a very bad feeling that I'm gonna get raped by this acct very soon.

No Focus

By Mr. Eleven Something.

I was in the gym this morning doing shoulder press-ups with dumbbells. Maybe its because I was tired from doing many reps so i lost focus.....Halfway through one of the rep, down comes tumbling the left dumbell while it was in the up position. I must have lost balance. SHIT! It was so painful! Felt like someone had twisted my arm 360 degrees. Gila lah. I dont think there's any permanant damage but my left shoulder is abit sore now. If anything pun, I think its just a minor sprain. Thank God.

Anyhoos...from what I know, the Chinese and Malays tend to have mantang makan. Cannot eat cabbage cause its considered cold food la, Tak boleh makan Manggo nanti lutut sakit la, Tak boleh makan banyak terung nanti perut kembong la....haihh. HONESTLY, I think if everyone watch what they eat and exercise regularly, most of the sakit lutut, perut kembong, pening kepala nonsense won't happend in the first place.

Cleverly Stupid Ads

By Mr. Eleven Something.

I don't have any example right now but I've noticed some ads in Malaysia are trying to be clever or appear witty. Maybe its because I'm in this industry and I tend to pick on the littlest thing but I really don't like it when the ad feels forced or when there are too many layers in the joke. An ad is suppose to SELLLLLLL the product. It's great if creativity can flow within the delivery but it should not be forced.

I'd rather listen to those hard-sell Kamdar / Beras Jati ads rather than so-called clever witty award winning ads. No doubt some of them are good but not those who are trying too hard or have too many layers in the delivery. Like my clients always say.."dumb dumb it abit" or simply put it, KEEP IT SIMPLE!

I'll try to find some sample one of these days and post em here.

By Mr. Eleven Something.

Blizzard had recently bought over the diablo3.com domain name. Please stop teasing us....

"...Secondly, while Blizzard is indeed acquiring the diablo3.com domain name, they told me that this shouldn't be considered an announcement for the Diablo 3 game we've been waiting for all these years. They acquire new domains all the time. While this is true, I personally can't help but think that this is a confirmation of sorts that they're working on the next Diablo game. Sure, they can claim it's because they want to protect their intellectual properties 'n what have you, but I can't imagine they would all of a sudden be so interested in the diablo3.com domain if they weren't working on a new Diablo 3 game behind the scenes." - Diablofans.com (formerly diablo3.com)

Silk Canvas : La Toya Jackson

By Mr. Eleven Something.

I know, I know...I'm crazy, but please welcome Ms. Jackson into the Silk Canvas!

Before / After ...while doing the after photo, I feel that that she got about the same face dynamics as Fergie & Paula Abdul. I had reconstruct her nose though. Looking at her younger days photos I notice that her nose was huge and perfect for modern plastic surgery. Maybe she got into it surgery too much too soon. Should have saved it until rhinoplasty was further developed when hip hop was taking over the world in the 90s. O well, I could be wrong y'know.

Vittorio The Vampire

By Mr. Eleven Something.

I'm at that part where Angelina Jolie practically rapes Ben Barnes and turns him into a vampire...

Haha! Taking a step back, I always try to put a face behind the characters in the book I'm reading. So I decided to make a casting call and chose my leading man and lady! For Vittorio it's Ben Barnes and Ursula is Angelia Jolie (Duh! No surprise here). For Vittorio, I was actually contemplating between Gaspard Ulliel and Ben Bares but Gaspard looks too conniving while Ben still has that look of innocence which is important to Vittorio. For Ursula, I had picked Angelina Jolie! no suprise here cause the character looks like it was tailored for her. Seductive, dangerous, vulnerable -soft yet hard...Mmmm. In my mind, she's like a beautiful rare deadly snake.
(No really! I'm not crazy.)

Awww...

By Mr. Eleven Something.

I just notice the opening credits for Desperate Housewives are using Eva Longoria's new name - Eva Longoria Parker. Awww... somehow I find this adorable. Yea yea yea, so shoot me.

Jessica Rabbit by Pixeloo

By Mr. Eleven Something.

Beautiful beautiful beautiful! Jessica Rabbit is the sexiest toon out there in my opinion. It's hard to believe its been 20 years ago since I first saw Who Framed Roger Rabbit. Pixeloo has now immortalize Jessica Rabbit in this very beautifully done photoshop masterpiece. Please click HERE to see his page. He's also the man behind the realistic Homer & Mario. Below is the making-off video.

Personal Selection : Vittorio the Vampire (Novel)

By Mr. Eleven Something.

I bought Vittorio the Vampire today. It's been awhile since I read my last book; Afew months give or take. I bought this out of impulse cause it was so cheap at Borders - RM13.50! It's written by Anne Rice and I've read afew of her books before. I sometimes think her books are abit too heavy to digest cause it has all sorts of scandals going on in one book - magic, incest, murder, sex, rape, war, family feud, etc. I never read a book halfway through so I would make myself finish the novel and later seek for psychological therapy. I hope this book won't be too crazy but if it does happend I'm all up for it this time around.

Basically what prompted me to buy this book was also the storytelling tone of the intro chapter and the wittiness behind each paragraphs. Of course if you read Anne Rice before, you will already know that she paints her character in the most beautiful of scenes with rich background weave together with epic history.

I'm by no means a goth or a fanatic for vampire culture but they always hold a certain intrigue to me. Here is a small paragraph that I like from the book
:

"That's the case with most vampires, no matter who says otherwise. Beauty carries us to our doom. Or to put it more accurately, we are made immortal by those who cannot sever themselves from our charms"

Beautiful deadly creatures! FASCINATING!

Silk Canvas : Local Girl

By Mr. Eleven Something.

Before / After ...I've said it before and I'm gonna say it again. See what good lighting can do to your face!! I swear to god it's like magic!

Silk Canvas : Local Girl

By Mr. Eleven Something.

Before / After ...After the nightmare of the last Silk Canvas girl, this one is actually one of the easiest i had to do next to Donatella. All i had to do was refine and streamline her current features. Having said that... to be fair, the subject matter is already pleasant looking and this time and the lighting was good.

Silk Canvas : Local Girl

By Mr. Eleven Something.

Before / After ...I don't know if anyone can tell the difference in the after picture, but this is seriously one of the hardest picture I had to photoshop. I can't put my finger on it but I suspect it's the lack of strong features on the subject matter. Don't get me wrong, she's not-bad-looking but I think the blinding camera flash must have flatten all her features. Moral of the story: dont stand too close to the camera flash if don't want your face to come out FLAT.

Silk Canvas : Malaysian Cheetara

By Mr. Eleven Something.

Before / After ...Jangan main-main! Here's MALAYSIA'S FIRST CHEETARA! Meowr!!. OK, seriously. The theater makeup was so bad it looks like she got penyakit kulit. So I decided to have some fun on this one.
